I'm Khanyisile B Mahlangu, Miss Teenager South Africa 2022. As an advocate for youth wellness, nutrition, and fitness, I'm passionate about encouraging healthy lifestyles.

Growing up overweight in a family with diabetics, I learned the importance of healthy choices and being active.

My mission is to help South African youth adopt healthy habits to combat physical and mental health issues, including the rise of obesity-related chronic diseases like diabetes.

Through Miss Teenager South Africa, I have the opportunity to share my personal transformation and inspire others to make positive changes.
